5 TIPS HOW TO MAKE NEW GOALS | Start New Year With New Hope | how to make resolutions which YOU stick TO


 So
its again end of the year & here we are with incomplete resolution of 2023. I know you are feeling disappointed that you haven't archived the goals you made in 2023 but. but. but it's again time for the new beginning. new hope & new dreams.

so this time let's make some resolutions which we can follow & archive with these tips in mind.


NO. 1   Make It Small

        you know what i mean by this right? if u don't let me explain it. so when we make new year resolutions we get excited and make unarchivable goals for are self which are not realistic and more impossible. i am not saying that you should not make big goals but let's be honest most of the time we don't feel like doing that coz it feels like too much work to do. there is nothing wrong in that because for a long time we are not doing something & suddenly we expect our self to do really big task that's pretty much not possible. when we are at 1-10% in something we cant expect us to be at 100%  that's not realistic. 

        For example we don't like a subject.let's say match & always gets bad marks may be 40%  but i am really good at other subjects and pass with good marks so now if i want good marks in match too i will try to focus on it  more right? but still i can not expect my match marks to get better in a day and nor can i should think that this time i will have 99% in match just because i am trying to be good at it, i might get better marks in future but not at that moment when i am just beginning to learn it right?

        So how can you expect to be perfect at doing your new resolution.it will be hard at the beginning so the solution is to make small goals. for example you want to workout everyday for 1 or 2 hours and right now you are not at all working out. that's not realistic right? it sounds really good but not realistic. 

        now you need to think and decide what is the main purpose it to workout so now what we will do is will workout everyday but not for 1-2 hours but for 5-10 minutes a day. i know it feels too small but trust me this is how you gonna stick to it. and after a month you will increase it to 20-25 minutes and just like that you will get to 1-2 hour of working out at the end of 2024. so this time let's make it really small but at the end we will get what we want and will stick to this too.so win.win. you know..


NO.2 NEVER GIVE UP AT THE BEGINNING

        You know one thing beginnings are the hardest.that's true. it is hard. but we have all done it before this so many time and we can do this one more time. remember when we first start to write or read it felt hard, when we first tried to ride bike or car or even bicycles how hard and scary that feeling was. this is the same but just like how we learn those things in life we will learn how to do our goals too. so it is gonna be difficult but worth it. and next year when 2024 will end you will not have regrets you will be proud of yourself.


NO.3 MAKE TO DO LIST EVERYDAY

        I don't know about you guys but it is always difficult for me to remember if i add something new in my routine. so what's the solution??  It is writing it down on paper or even in your phone. when you write it down you will remember it that you have something to do. and do you know how good it feels when you complete a task and you check that off. its one of the best feelings.


NO.4 MAKE YOURSELF A PRIORITY 

        This is really very important you have to make time for yourself. this should be your main point to focus. Just like we give others time, we have to and should give our self time to do things we have planned.


NO.5 DECIDE THE TIME FOR THOSE GOALS

         Okay last but not the least is you need to decide a time for your goal. otherwise you are definitely not gonna do it. trust me on this one. no matter you are the person who time blocks everything or not you need to make sure you decide the time for your new goals.  for example

working : 1PM everyday or you can write 1PM on sun,mon,tue & 9AM on wed,thu,fri and 3pm on sat

it does not have to be same time everyday but it needs to be in your routine everyday. or 3-4 days if thats your goal is. that's why i first told you to make a do to list if not for all day just of your goals.



LAST TIP 

        Don't give up if you fail to stick to it everyday.that's why i first said that make realistic goals which you can follow. if after making you miss your goal one or two day because of some reason you still should continue it coz starting again is not bad idea after all. giving up is the bad idea. and always remember this thing :

 "SOMETHING IS SOO MUCH BETTER THAN NOTHING"

So if you do half of the work it way better then just not doing that thing at all. at the end you will have something in your plat you know.
